McMahon Cup - Friday 18th April ‘08:

The McMahon Cup was held on Friday 18th April. Seventy two players battled it out in a 3-round tournament for a place in the final. The final itself was a close-run match , where AIDAN GREHAN and SHARON FARRELLY beat STEPHEN TWADDELL and CHRISTINE JONES for the trophy.
Music was supplied by John Matthews who also backed those members who sang many songs. Good tennis and great craic was had by all.
A big thanks to the Social Committee for a great night. Looking forward already to the COYNESTONE INVITATIONAL tournament on the 7th/8th/9th and 11th May!
